LOURDES 2009
Dear All,
It is the time of year when we need to start thinking about this year’s Pilgrimage to Lourdes.
The dates are Friday 21st – Friday 28th August 2009 and we will be flying from Stansted, (as ever, flight times to follow shortly.)
There will be the usual subsidies available & the cost will be around £730, although exact figure has not been confirmed from Tangney Tours as yet.
You may remember that last year a deposit was required and we felt that this was something that was important to continue. This year, a deposit of £100 will be needed with the return of the attached form. (Unfortunately this cannot not be deducted from any subsidy and must be paid as below.)
We would be really grateful if you could let us know whether or not you are planning on joining the Glanfield Group by returning the attached slip and a cheque, made payable to ‘CAPT Glanfield Childrens Group’ by Friday April 10th.
Joules Lodge will be coordinating the administration for this years trip so please post your return to her at 7 Mount Drive, Wisbech, Cambs, PE13 2BG or return it by e-mail to jouleslodge@hotmail.co.uk.
